Osteria Chiara dinner at Roma's Butchery November 5th!
After a long Covid-related hiatus we are finally back,
and ready for an Osteria Chiara Revival Dinner. On Saturday November 5th,
we are very excited to welcome a new member of the Osteria Chiara
family: Roma's Butchery in Royalton, Vermont.
This special evening
of Italian-style dining will be held in the classic Vermont brick
building that houses Roma's Butchery on Route 14.

Roma, our host and butcher, did an
apprenticeship in Italy and she now sources all of her products from local
Vermont farms on a daily basis. We have been sampling her meats all summer and they
are always fresh and delicious. This is a very exciting partnership for the
Chef.
A note about the origin of the word Osteria.
Osteria comes from the stem "Ospitalita" -- meaning to host. While
the venue is different this month, we will continue hosting our guests as we
would in our own home.
How it Works
To make a reservation, guests must purchase a
ticket before the dinner. These tickets are non-refundable as we have
limited seating, although they may be transferred.
The price is $100 per person which includes
dinner and tax.
