The Osteria Chiara staff includes members of three families. Together we grow, gather, procure and purchase the finest ingredients available for each special Italian style dinner that we present. We create an inviting, cozy ambiance for your dinning experience and we strive to serve you with attention to detail. Dinner always includes antipasto, zuppa, pesce, home-made pasta, insalata, secondo, cheese plate, dolce and more. We serve our food on ceramic dinnerware that our resident potter creates. Valentines Day Dinner Wednesday February 14th!

We are offering something very unusual this time around.

A very special dinner in the middle of the week -- since
Valentine's Day falls on a Wednesday, we have decided
to go all in and prepare a scrumptious, divinely valentine-like
dinner ON the day, February 14.
Bring your date, your sister, your teacher, your concubine,
your honey, your other half. All couples welcomed heartily,
or bring a tableful if you prefer. We will start a bit earlier so
you can go home a bit earlier too, as it is a 'school night'
for many.

Vermont raised Wagyu Beef Dinner August 26th!!!!!

We are so excited to be featuring 100% pure breed, grass fed Wagyu beef for our next Osteria Chiara dinner on Saturday August 26th, 6:30pm. 
Wagyu beef is a super prime product. You may know Wagyu as Kobe beef. We are very excited to have sourced this world class beef from Spring-Rock Farm in Springfield, Vermont.
Wagyu is renowned for its tender, tasty marbling. It is also a healthier beef as it has a high percentage of mono-unsaturated (good fat) to saturated (bad fat).
Please join us for this special Vermont raised Wagyu Beef dinner on August 26th.
The Chef will feature the Wagyu in the appetizer, the home-made pasta sauce and the secondo entree.
We will be joined by Roger Osinchuk, the Farm Supervisor at Spring-Rock Farm.
