We are happy to be hosting once again at Roma's, which will provide the perfectly
beautiful backdrop with its lovely candlelit dining rooms for this unique dinner featuring flowers,
red hearts and a bit of lace.
Round up a group of your more intimate friends or sign on for a special treat with your
special someone. Maybe it’s your mother, cousin, neighbor (or postman!) - everyone is welcome!
As per usual, we will be serving up a multitude of small appetizers with a few tantalizing
surprises, then handmade pasta, followed by entree, dolce, e un caffe. Ingredients are selected
from some of the finest available, very close to home.
You may bring your own wine. We provide water - both sparkling and Vermont’s best.
